About me
I hold a gold standard 4 year diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy certificate from the Centre for Counselling & Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London. During my time there I have completed the Psychiatric POP, DSM5 workshops. I have a BSc in Psychology from Bristol University and currently finishing a Couples specialised Diploma at CCPE.

I am Polish of origin but raised in London, I have travelled extensively and worked and lived in Poland, Russia and France. My professional background has been varied, working in advertising, fashion, property and I have run my own businesses. I have also trained as an Ashtanga yoga teacher in India with extensive experience using breath work and meditation which is key to the transpersonal psychotherapeutic approach. As an extroverted feeling (EF) type, I bring warmth, energy, and empathy to my therapeutic practice. My active style helps clients feel supported and understood, especially those who struggle with confidence, self-worth, and ego strength. I work in an integrative, transpersonal way using psychodynamic, humanistic, existential techniques.
